At any time, the user or consumer can cancel the services requested or contracted, having the right to the refund of the amounts paid, whether it is the total price or the advance payment previously foreseen, but must compensate the Agency for the concepts indicated below:
The management expenses plus the cancellation expenses if any.
A penalty consisting of
5% of the total of the trip, if the cancellation is made more than ten and less than fifteen days before the start date of the trip.
15% between days three and ten and
25% within 48 hours prior to departure.
In case of no-show at the departure, the consumer or user is obliged to pay the total amount of the trip.
For the realization of the Combined Trip, a minimum of 12 passengers is required.
The tour may depart without an accompanying guide, with an expert driver who knows the routes.
If this quota has not been obtained, the trip will be automatically cancelled, which will be notified in writing to the consumer, with a minimum of twenty days before the scheduled departure date, and in this case the consumer will not be entitled to any compensation.
In the event that any of the services contracted and cancelled were subject to special contracting conditions, such as airplanes, ships, special rates, etc., the cancellation fees for cancellation shall be established in accordance with the conditions agreed upon by both parties.
VOUCHER /
SERVICE VOUCHER: This document is provisional and certifies to the Passenger
that his/her reservation is effective and has been made.
It covers the
services foreseen in terms of the destination, dates and hotel establishments
foreseen or similar features.
They can be downloaded and delivered to the interested Passenger; recommended between 10 and 15 days before departure, from the "Tab" My reservations with the help of the filter enabled for this purpose.

The present Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to VPT’s own-operated tourism products: Classic Europe Circuits included in the following series: Fantasía en Europa, Europa a su Alcance, Escapadas a Europa, and Circuitos Clásicos, as well as those in the Spain-Portugal-Morocco series. Exceptions include those combined with Morocco, Greece, Turkey, the Middle East, and other itineraries and programs, which will therefore be governed by the provisions regarding tourism specified in each country or region, and by the conditions agreed upon between the Local Operator and VPT. Matters related to cancellations, prepayments, and other operational aspects may be consulted at any time, regardless of the reservation request status. We recommend reading and understanding these and the other General Terms and Conditions described in our various Brochures/Manuals.
